1. General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jackpots ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the jackpots platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
These Terms apply to all services offered by jackpots, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slots, Teen Patti 20-20, Bingo, crash games, and any promotional or bonus offers made available to registered players. All services are delivered in English and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

1.1 Governing Language
These Terms are written and shall be interpreted exclusively in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated summary or communication, the English version shall prevail.
1.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
1.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the jackpots Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the platform at the relevant time, constitute the entire agreement between you and jackpots with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of jackpots is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:
- You must be 18 years of age or older. jackpots enforces a strict 18+ age policy with no exceptions.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion that would prevent you from accessing online gambling services.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of jackpots or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jackpots for any reason.
Age Verification: jackpots conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all registered accounts. Players who cannot verify they are 18 or older will have their account suspended and any balance returned to the verified payment source where possible. 2.1 Geographic Eligibility
jackpots is operated and marketed for the Bangladesh market with content delivered in English and transactions settled in BDT. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online gambling services is lawful in your specific location. jackpots does not represent or warrant that its services are legal, appropriate, or available in all jurisdictions. 2.2 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on jackpots. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jackpots reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated wagers or bonuses, and retain any balance pending investigation in such cases.
3. Account Registration & Verification
To place wagers, claim bonuses, or make deposits and withdrawals on jackpots, you must create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
3.1 Required Information
At the time of registration and during KYC verification, jackpots may request the following information and documentation:
- Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
- Date of birth (to verify 18+ eligibility)
- Residential address in Bangladesh (division, district, and postcode)
- Valid email address for account correspondence
- Mobile number registered to your preferred BDT payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay)
- National ID (NID) card or passport for identity verification
- Proof of address document dated within the last three months (where required)
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information — including using another person's identity — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
3.3 KYC Review Timeline
jackpots aims to complete KYC verification within 2–6 hours of receiving complete documentation during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Until KYC is fully approved, withdrawal capability may be restricted. Deposits and gameplay are available to newly registered accounts subject to platform-level limits prior to KYC completion.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jackpots username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jackpots will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your login details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jackpots support immediately via live chat.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency
All financial transactions on jackpots are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). jackpots does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to domestic BDT transactions. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

- Nagad — instant deposits; withdrawals processed within published windows
- Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — instant deposits; withdrawals processed within published windows

4.1 Minimum & Maximum Transaction Limits
jackpots applies the following standard transaction limits. These may be adjusted at the platform's discretion, and individual account limits may vary based on verification status and payment method:

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
To be eligible for a withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:
- Your account must have completed full KYC verification.
- The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal).
- Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (source-of-funds rule).
- jackpots does not accept third-party payments. The name on your jackpots account must match the name on your payment method account.
4.3 Processing Times
jackpots aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 2–24 hours during BST operating hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays (including Eid and Victory Day), or where additional security checks are required. jackpots is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving payment provider after a withdrawal has been dispatched from the platform.
4.4 Failed Transactions
If a deposit fails to credit to your jackpots account within 30 minutes of the transaction being completed at your payment provider, contact support immediately via live chat with your transaction reference number. jackpots will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within 24 hours. Refunds for failed transactions will be returned to the original payment source.
5. Bonus & Promotional Terms
jackpots offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and IPL. All promotions are subject to the general conditions set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
- Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested.
- Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
- Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
- jackpots reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a player.
- Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited on jackpots:
- Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
- Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures through matched or hedged betting
- Using bonus funds to place wagers on games or markets with a mathematically guaranteed or near-guaranteed outcome solely to complete wagering requirements
- Providing false information during registration to qualify for player-segment bonuses
Where jackpots identifies bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, close the affected account(s), and withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.
Transparency Commitment: jackpots publishes full wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry dates for every promotion in plain English. 5.3 Maximum Bonus Bet
While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum single wager permitted is ৳500 or the equivalent in the game's base currency, unless the specific promotion terms state a higher or lower limit. Placing wagers above the maximum bonus bet limit may result in the bonus being voided and any resulting winnings being forfeited.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on jackpots, you agree to use the platform only for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure:
6.1 Prohibited Activities
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using a stolen or fraudulent payment method, or misrepresenting your identity for any purpose.
- Unauthorised Automation: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, artificial intelligence systems, or any third-party software to place wagers or interact with the platform in any way that is not through normal human use of the standard jackpots interface.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence the outcome of a game, share cards or information in live casino games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a legitimate jackpots transaction. Accounts subject to fraudulent chargebacks will be suspended and the matter referred for recovery action.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes on the platform. Any winnings arising from a technical error may be voided.
- Money Laundering: Using jackpots for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. jackpots complies with applicable anti-money laundering requirements and will report suspicious activity.
- Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to jackpots by any person under 18 years of age, including sharing your account credentials with a minor.
6.2 Responsible Use of Chat and Communication Tools
Where jackpots provides live chat, support messaging, or any other communication feature, players must use these tools respectfully and in good faith. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications directed at support staff or other players will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
jackpots reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Typical grounds for account action include, but are not limited to, the circumstances described in this section.
7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure by jackpots
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
- Confirmed bonus abuse or use of prohibited automated tools
- Discovery that a player is under 18 years of age
- Player found to have opened multiple accounts
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login, deposit, or wager
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement to close the account
7.2 Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your jackpots account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, jackpots will process any verified real-money balance remaining in your account to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
7.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from jackpots for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion via the live chat support team or directly from their account dashboard. 7.4 Dormant Account Policy
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal). jackpots will notify you by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. Any remaining real-money balance will be preserved for a minimum of 36 months from the last activity date, after which unclaimed balances may be handled in accordance with applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the jackpots platform — including but not limited to the jackpots brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, text content, graphics, icons, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of jackpots or its licensed content and technology providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.1 Permitted Use
jackpots grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from jackpots without prior written consent
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jackpots content or software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the platform
- Use jackpots's brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without explicit written authorisation
- Frame or mirror any part of the jackpots platform on another website or application without written consent
8.2 Third-Party Content
Games, live casino streams, and certain platform technologies are provided under licence from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. All intellectual property rights in such third-party content remain with the respective providers. jackpots does not claim ownership of third-party game content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jackpots, its directors, employees, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond jackpots's reasonable control
- Interruption or unavailability of the platform for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency technical reasons
- Loss or corruption of account data in circumstances that are not the direct result of jackpots's gross negligence
- Decisions made by you based on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions
- Actions of third-party payment providers that result in delays, failed transactions, or loss of funds after jackpots has correctly dispatched a withdrawal
9.1 Platform Availability
jackpots operates on a best-efforts basis to maintain 24/7 platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and reserve the right to suspend services temporarily for scheduled maintenance, emergency fixes, or security investigations. Where possible, planned maintenance will be conducted during low-traffic hours on BST and communicated to players in advance.
9.2 No Warranty
The jackpots platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. jackpots does not warrant that the platform will meet your specific requirements or that it will be free of errors at all times.

10.1 Acceptance of Amendments
Your continued use of the jackpots platform after any amended Terms have been published and notified to you constitutes your full acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must discontinue using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 7.2 of these Terms.
10.2 Archived Versions
